Premium High Gloss Paver Sealer
SEAL-KRETE® Ever-Wet is a clear, Low VOC, “Green”, solvent-based, siliconized, acrylic sealer, formulated to be environmentally friendly, while still providing the same properties of much higher VOC sealers. This crystal clear “Wet Look” sealer complies with the strictest VOC and OTC (Ozone Transport Commission) regulations nationwide and produces a non-yellowing, UV resistant, high gloss film. It protects against spalling, dusting, efflorescence, freeze thaw damage, alkali degradation, abrasion and stains. Ever-Wet is recommended for interlocking pavers, exposed aggregate, stamped concrete, porous brick, natural porous stone, Saltillo tile, flagstone and bare concrete surfaces. For exterior use only. Apply in well-ventilated areas.

75-400 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on surface porosity and application method. Second coat will render 50% greater coverage per gallon. |
| DRY TIME |
Dry to touch in 30 minutes. Recoat in 3-4 hours. Dry to foot traffic in 24 hours. Will accept vehicular traffic in 72 hours. Dry time should be extended during high humidity and cooler temperatures. |
CLEAN UP/
DISPOSAL/STORAGE |
Clean tools with solvents (Xylene) immediately after use. Dispose of container and contents in accordance with local laws and regulations. Store in a cool, dry area. |
| MAINTENANCE |
Remove all oil and gas spills as soon as possible. Clean occasionally with a mild soap and water solution. Do not use solvent, citrus or oil-based cleaners. If needed, scrub surface with a soft bristle or shop broom. Rinse with a garden hose or power washer (less than 1200 psi) held at least 18 inches from the surface, using a fan spray pattern. |
| LIMITATIONS |
Temperatures should be maintained between 40°-90°F and should not fall below 40°F within 24 hours of application. Do not apply if rain is expected within 12 hours. DO NOT USE OVER WATER-BASED PRODUCTS. Do not apply to glazed tile, marble, granite or other non-porous substrates. Do not use on concrete slabs with inadequately drained sub-grade, treated surfaces to be covered with concrete or plaster, and/or surfaces subject to hydrostatic water pressure. Ever-Wet is intended for outdoor use only and should not be applied indoors. Do not thin or dilute. Do not apply in direct sunlight in high heat conditions. |
